Job Responsibilities
- Perform general property maintenance and repair services.
- Complete work orders related to:
- Drywall repair and patching
- Interior and exterior painting
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Minor electrical repairs and fixture replacement
- Carpentry and trim work
- Door, lock, and hardware installation/repair
- Appliance and fixture installation
- General property punch-list items
- Diagnose maintenance issues and recommend solutions.
- Take before-and-after photos of completed work.
- Communicate effectively regarding job status and completion.
- Minimum 2 years of handyman, maintenance, or construction experience.
- Must have all necessary tools and equipment required to perform assigned work independently.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must own a smartphone with internet access.
- Ability to work independently and professionally.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with property management companies.
- General Liability Insurance.
- Workers' Compensation coverage (if applicable).
- Trade licenses or certifications are a plus.
